Transport for London has said it's introducing night tubes because passenger numbers on Friday and Saturday nights have increased by 70% in the past 15 years.September's launch coincides with the start of the Rugby World Cup, which is being hosted in 13 venues around England and Wales from September 18, including fixtures in London's Twickenham Stadium, Olympic Stadium and Wembley Stadium.
